About us
About Southampton Pallets
We are a commercial pallet business working from Stoneham Lane, Southampton, SO16 2NZ, supplying, buying, collecting and recycling pallets across Southampton, the Waterside and the wider Hampshire area. Southampton Pallets is a trading name of Palletmove Limited.
What we do
Our work sits on both sides of the same flow. We supply graded used pallets, new and made-to-order timber pallets, plastic pallets and bespoke sizes. We also buy suitable reusable surplus pallets and run collections and recycling for businesses that have more empties than they can use.
Our customers are commercial: warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, freight and logistics operators, merchants, retailers and the service businesses around them. That shapes how we answer enquiries — we would rather ask what the pallet has to carry, how it is handled and where it goes than sell whatever is nearest the gate.
Being based in Southampton matters to the service. The city's pallet demand is driven by the container terminals, cruise turnarounds, vehicle handling, the airport estates, food and drink distribution and the building trade, and each of those behaves differently. Our sector pages set out how.
Our relationship to Palletmove Limited
Southampton Pallets is a trading name of Palletmove Limited, which operates pallet businesses under several names. Practically, that means the contract you deal with is with Palletmove Limited, while the service, the yard and the local knowledge are Southampton's.
It also means specialist work can be handled by the part of the group that does it properly. Export timber specifications, for example, are dealt with by the group's dedicated export pallet business rather than pretended at here. If your enquiry is better served elsewhere in the group, we will say so.
Palletmove Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZB858655. How we handle enquiry data is set out in our privacy policy.

How we work
We qualify before we promise
Availability of used stock varies with what comes back through the yard, so we confirm what we can supply and when instead of promising first and explaining later.
We price each job
Pallet type, grade, quantity, access and location all change the number, which is why you will not find a price list here.
We keep pallets in use
Repair and reuse first, recovery and responsible recycling for what is genuinely finished.
We are reachable
Call 023 8017 1049 during Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, or send an enquiry any time and we will come back to you.
Coverage in detail, area by area, is on the areas we cover page.
